Default Fishing 7/23/2011

Last night after work myself and 3 old friends from High School went out fishing on Sore Thumb Beach, spent 7 hours out there didn't catch anything but a short fluke a couple skates, a sea robin and some sand sharks but it was fun just sitting with our feet in the water a beer in 1 hand a fishing pole in the other and old friends.

This looks like a load of fun. Wheelin & Fishing, I can't think of a better combination.

Besides the fishing part (I find it boring, no offense) it sounds like a good time. I'd have probably gone along just to relax with friends.

The last time I went fishing was with my dad and uncle when I was 10 or so and it was the typical "toss a worm on a hook, launch your line (complete with bobber) into the water and wait for it to disappear" style, which I have been told isn't "real fishing" so I kind of feel like I should give it another shot with bass fishing or something... but I'm too prejudiced against it, haha.
