thats insane i hate rookie cops also they can check if there registered or not in that little piece of crap computer they got in there cars.

any ways my dad got pulled over the other day and the cop said whats am stand for ? my dad has class A and motorcycle license and it stands for am. Any ways my dad turns around and says i can only drive in the morning once it hits 12 pm i park the truck and walk.

the cop got real pissed and almost locked us up
but the moral of this story is how do they send rookie cops out there that dont know left and right.

maybe im wrong but thats how i think of it

Definatly true, They dont even know the law. All they wanna do is try to make a name for themselves by harrasing honest hard working people, the police that are out there doing there job by the book thanks to you guys, But the ones out there who dont know the law to save there life shouldnt be there

Here in the wilds of Colorado, they give guns away as toys at McDonalds. Just kidding. Rifles and shotguns are easy, just a background check and you pretty much have a sale. Pistols are pretty much the same except you have to be 21. I don't know about registration here in CO, I guess because they don't require it. The only place that requires registration here is the Military installations. The only reason I register with them is because my family and I get to use the shooting range for free.
It is one of the the nicer courtesies they extend to us retardees. I mean retirees.
I'm working on getting a concealed carry permit. No big hurry tho.
As far as crossing state lines with a weapon, I have not tried or needed to yet. Regardless, I would be super careful and make sure I did not break any laws even by accident or ignorance. That would truly suck to have my guns and the right to carry them taken away.

Indiana has some gun laws but is approx in the middle of both radical sides, MI is the same way although I have found If your trying to cross over into canada through a marked checkpoint on foot while carrying a .50cal anti tank rifle they don't really let you into Canada. We were hunting in the UP and decided to try to walk to Canada, the mounties stopped us but had no problems when we let them try to cut down a tree as long as they stayed in Canada and we stayed in the US....so the gun could travel borders but we couldn't accompany it across....kinda a wtf with a chuckle moment

I travel every year from the south to CO for hunting and carry usually 5-6 different firearms in the back of the blazer. I also carry the ammo needed for each one. There is literally no way to have them in separate "compartments", as most state laws read. I have each firearm in a separate case and the ammo for all in a separate case. I've never worried about getting pulled over.

Of course, this is during hunting season. Or it could be because of my base stickers on the windshield. Or because I have somewhat of a background in law enforcement and know how to talk with LEO's. Or because I follow the speed limit (well, may add a few MPH's).

And Maddie's Dad, I am one of the retardies just like you!
