Just saw the news about Dan Wheldon

Yeah...I was watching the race on television when it happened. Right after the crash I couldn't help but think that it would be a miracle if someone didn't get killed in that mayhem...and unfortunately I was right... Dan was one of the best drivers in the series IMO and it is certainly a terrible loss...
On a side note, I'm sure you like IndyCar, (since you wouldn't be posting about it otherwise I think
) who is your favorite driver and team?

Definitely! If there is any way that a person has to go out, that is the way to go, doing what you love

But then we have others racing there too. Newcomer to Indycar from down here is Wade Cunningham.Other than Dixon I've been a keen follower of fellow Brit Dan Wheldon. Yea, I'm a Brit & a Kiwi! LOL
Oh & don't forget Dannica! I think she's a guttsy driver. I hear she'smoving to Nascar.

lol. But is a little disappointing (if you can call it that) since Dan drove for Andretti for a while and then was going to come back to Andretti to replace Danica next year since she is indeed going to NASCAR
