oh yea i felt a good amount of performance gain
2nd gear doesnt bog down at all now
i heard that on auto's there is even more gains
because of the torque management being removed

I may send PCM4less my PCM and have them do their stuff... I want to know if a lack of torque management means less reliablity though... If it does I'll try and get him to set it so that the tow/haul will turn the torquemanagement off and firm up my shifts... like a "sport mode"

ok i need some help guys
my goal this year is to make it in the "Student Rides" section of our school yearbook
mostly they pick newer model cars that are stock
but they will pick older models if they stand out
so what are some things i can do to make my truck look more custom or stand out
already on the list is repainting my hood, and having the guy put ghost flames on it
but what else
thanks

1. No ghost flames... you need power to justify ghost flames IMO.
2. Debadge, colour match... oh did I mention colour match? (Debadging is free BTW :P)
3. 2" drop all around
4. Rims, either ZQ8's, vette rims, or a real nice custom set.
5. Paint some interior dash panels red, like the bezel and. (Also free)
6. Get a nice stereo, nothing too outrageous but just enough to "impress"

yea if i dont get ghost flames, ill get the same guy to do some pinstriping maybe
and it basically is already debadged, besides the tailgate
and by color match, do you mean like match the mirrors to the body color?
im going for the red/black look but red mirrors would look good
as for rims, ive seen some vette ones on craigslist, but im a fan of weld wheels, centerline, and those american racing torque thrusts
or possibly the newer zq8s if i can find a set
as for lowering, and stereo, im not much of a fan
i did get a new head unit thats mp3 compatible lol
and painting ill have too think about
but thanks for all the good suggestions
gave me some stuff to think about

NO problem... if you're getting your hood painted... why not get an SS style front bumper and have it painted at the same time?

Edit: NVM... forgot it was a Sonoma and not an S10 lmao.
