Hu who? Didn't he play in a move with Jet Li?

Is that akin to: he offered his honer & she honered his offer. So all through the night it was honer & offer?!

I don't see it. EX: any # is 7 x 2 = 14 + 10 = 24 / 2 = 12 - the 1st # = 2
Even if the final # was say 122 if you took off the one or minus 100 it would not = 5

Start with 122 x 2 = 244 + 10 = 254 / 2 = 127 take off one hundred or just the one it's not 5. What am I missing?
I bet that was something to make people sit there & ruminate over possible equations that DON'T equal 5 with those mathematics.
cheers all the same!

<edit> I just posted & see a cat fight... bets on Verno or Alablazer?

Rotti hands out chill pills, takes 2 for himself & chases them with a beer... who wants a beer?
Rotti... Gotta check your numbers there.

Starting # is 7:
- Step 1 - Multiply by 2 --> 7 x 2 = 14
- Step 2 - Add 10 --> 14 + 10 = 24
- Step 3 - Divide by 2 --> 24 / 2 = 12
- Step 4 - Subtract starting # --> 12 - 7 = 5

Starting # is 122:
- Step 1 - Multiply by 2 --> 122 x 2 = 144
- Step 2 - Add 10 --> 144 + 10 = 154
- Step 3 - Divide by 2 --> 154 / 2 = 127
- Step 4 - Subtract starting # --> 127 - 122 = 5

You can build them to come up with any outcome with any number of steps.

Damn. Now I've been sucked in!

but but but he said the 1st number. Which 1st number? Now that is the question. 1st number of the equation or the 1st number of the the number you randomly thought of? 1st number of the next to final equation?

Think of any number. multiply it by 2, add 10, divide by 2, and subtract the first number . The answer will always be 5. This works with fractions and decimals too

It depends on how you take it/read it.
take 8... x 2 = 16 + 10 = 26 / 2 = 13 now do I take the 2 (1st #) or ten or the original # 8 off it?
Yeah I know it's splitting hairs & a grammar thing lol. But I notice things like that, it's all part of QA - Quality Assurance

Lol that math thing works every time.. you were looking at it wrong. IE: 127 x 2 = 254 + 10 = 256 / 2 = 132 - 127(the FIRST number is 127) = 5.

It works because you are just adding 10 and dividing it by 2 which equals 5.
IE again: 0 x 2 = 0 + 10 = 10 - 0 = 10 / 2 = 5

wow lol swartlkk beat me to it..

I have a dig bick
You that read wrong
The awkward when you read that wrong too.
The moment when you said "moment" after awkward.

Lol Mind effed
