Default Miss My Blazer

Blazer Buffs,

I sold my '96 Blazer a year ago, and I still miss it! It had 204K miles on it, so I succumbed to spousal pressure. Granted, I also bought a really cool pickup (need to post updated pix since the trimming, cranking and wheels), but I have found that Blazers and Silverados are each better at doing different things. I now have a monster tow machine, but the Blazer was a little better at getting through blizzardly situations. Don't get me wrong -- once I added the BFGs, the Silverado could hold it's own, but the shorter wheelbase does make Blazers a little more agile.

I have found myself sitting around wondering where my red Blazer is now, what it's doing, and hoping the new owner has been taking good care of it. It's the same feeling I used to get after a bad breakup! LOL

Guys and gals -- if your Blazer has been good to you, please be good to it, 'cause you don't miss your water until the well runs dry!

Okay, I'm done...

Haha man i know how you feel. I had a 91 2wd with a 355 v8. Put alot of sweat into that thing. Back when i was 18 i was desperate for money since i lost my job etc and i needed a car good on gas. I sold the truck for 1500.00 and im 21 now...and i still regret it and think of it all the time. I sent a email to the guy that bought it last summer and got a reply back with "I decided to use the motor and sold the thing for parts"...oh i was so sad...

yea I miss my s10 really bad 97 5 speed 4x4 base model to the max, that truck was fun until some lady ran a red light and it got totaled. I bet it went to auction and someone bought it and made it drivable again, I'd never know thou since I didn't have it long enough to start moding it. oh well I guess it'd probably look like my blazer right now if I still had it
