I've smoked about a pack and a half a day, plus chewed grizzly for about two and a half years. I'm down to about three cigs and a few pinches a day. It's not easy is it? Plus I do landscaping so I'm always outside with other smokers.

no its a tuff one should be a tad easier for you im like a old alcoholic nicotine is my coffee and doughnuts in the morning and my cup of tea in the afternoon 18 years of smoking my mind thinks my body has to have it i have already chewed off my fingernails and they wont grow back fast enough im a feind my will is growing thin i wish i could just sleep all day so i wouldnt want a puff lol i work outside too but today is my day off when i was at work it was easier not to smoke cause i was stayin busy

Um, blazerchick, if I followed your advice, I'm never be on the net let alone b/f. I do enjoy me a good smoke while playing on the puter or bidding in an online auction.

Just sayin....
