= Fail because you're throwing your money into something you don't own .

Lol. In all seriousness though apartments are great. I never lived in one (chose to go from my parents straight into ownership) but they are a great option and are awesome since you really don't have to care for anything.

$315 a month!??! hell, time to sell the house. for $315 a month i would be BANKING $1200 on just what i am paid to cover rent ALONE! Not counting my grocery allowance and base pay!

That would be better money than when i deploy!

any vacancies?

**ALL THAT BEING SAID**
I mentioned that I am a cheap *** through and through correct? well... while doing the daily runn through of blazer/jimmy/bravada/s10/zr2 on craigslist auto parts... i peeked at what was going on in the world of hedge trimmers.... and found a FREE crap & decker trimmer (electric) like 10 mins down the street! i picked it up last night.... ROFL

it will either work and get me through this first late winter/early spring trim OR is will be broken and serve as another lump of crap awaiting it's turn in the trash can....
Either way I will still be in the market for a new one as I dont see this one lasting past this year (if it works...)
