Wow, even the lego under your couch is green!

That's a pretty cool setup.

I like the mods on the AK other than the green. I jst don't personally like color on real guns...makes them look like toys. Other than that that AK is by far my favorite rifle. Next on my gun wishlist that's for sure!

I can't own an AK. Two tours of being shot at by them and an instance of having one shoved in my face at the South Africa/Zimbabwe border have put me off from them. For 7.62x39, I own several SKS carbines (including two of the detachable magazine SKS-Ms) and a Czechpoint vz.58.

its an ati strikeforce folding stock, the folder was deleted and i made a yugo adapter from abs epoxy.

the hipoints are FANTASTIC! $200 new, extremely accurate, lite recoil, no questions asked lifetime warranty.
they just happen to be a lil bulky/heavy 33g, dont let that fool you. i open carry both, c9 on my hip and jhp in the truck.
they are just as high quality as my berettas, rugers, taurus pistols, and the hipoint rifles are awesome too.

The pistols...bulky, a bit cumbersome, but they work, and Hi Point actually stands behind their product better than a lot of the higher end manufacturers. Not overly picky about ammo, and they do what they're supposed. They're no Sig, but they don't carry a Sig's price tag, either.
Quality-wise, I'd never compare them to say, Beretta, Glock, Sig, etc., but the Hi Points aren't made for operational use... you'll never see any of the world's military or police forces carrying them. But, for Joe Homeowner, who wants to defend his home without giving up an arm and a leg to buy a handgun, and who doesn't want to settle for some .25 - .380 caliber zinc framed POS, they fill that void quite well.
