RustOleum Garage Floor Epoxy
#2
We've got it in our garage, just be sure to follow the directions to the "t". It's been there for 2 years and it has started to peel where the car tires roll across. I would suggest getting carpet runners or something for the cars to roll in on and that should keep it from peeling. All in all, I like it, it's easy to put down and makes cleaning up a lot easier.

Maybe you should do the floor with it, and then tape off lines where you are going to park, and then go to an industrial adhesives place and get some stronger epoxy that is clear to put down over top of where you will be parking? Maybe you want to skip the rustoleum stuff, and ask at the place what they can offer you to do the same job since the stuffs getting a bad rep thus far? My friends garage is done (dont know what brand) but its not peeling and is very slippery! Its smooth, so I advise you throw some silica into the mixer with the paint. You may also want to check into places that do concrete finishing... They will know for sure whats good and whats not.
