Arrow Snow Trip 30 Dec

This fits better here than general Chat as it has little to do with the Blazer and more just scenery

So it started off easily enough. Grabbed the oldest, and headed out to some old quarries so she could sled, then I could slay some snowmen with a 12 ga, and she could bang off some .22 rounds...

on the way up got a few shots of the path and such figuring that I would get awesome shots of bounding through the snow, busting trails, and crawling up hills with my buddy and his new truck.

Latter on (about 5 minutes or so) we got to a place no vehicles had gone past. Since my Blazer had been eatting up the snow like it was it's job, and last week (12" of snow earlier) it had done just fine going past, we forged on.

We made it about 2/3rds of the way from the destination before I ran into my own snow wall As Seen Here and got boged down. Backing out about 500m lead to the Tacoma getting stuck and Me getting stuck trying to set up to recover him. I covered most of this in "What have you gotten done to your Blazer today". Digging and pulling eventually got free.

A nearly stock 2000 Blazer 4x4x4 out handled a 2011 tacoma in all aspects of snow play FYI. Very fun until digging for ever... Aslo open diffs= GARBAGE I learned while trying to get his rig free...
