Mother only had a court appointed lawyer until she fired him and now shes been self repping since then.

Ive had a paid for lawyer since the beginning.

Shes made too many mistakes now. It started with denying me visitation on the grounds that I was "getting too mad" after her and her mother had spent an hour of MY parenting time trying to make me mad... Then when I was awarded weekends with the kids she would just make sure she was not home when I went to get the kids... Both of those she was reprimanded for.

Then, when I asked for and was awarded a week with them so I could take them camping she made sure to go to court and get my child support bumped up as high as possible and ask for interim spousal support and then vanished with the kids...

Im so happy it all backfired on her.

We have a winner... When the govnt will give you 1900/mo for having six kids, and the dad of one pays 400, the dad of 3 pays 1000, and I, the dad of 2 pays 1800... You dont really need a job.

As of Aug first shes down 600 from the govnt, and 1800 from me... So I bet shes gonna be getting a job now... And Im gonna get a boat. LOL

 

I'm glad to hear your nightmare is finally over man. I'm sure it was a long fight, but you were on the right side, and sometimes the right side actually wins.
