It would be one thing to say you are a member of a large internet Blazer forum, but it would be best not to mention BlazerForum by name. The site is not involved in this matter.

I will not mention the forum by name but will mention that I belong to a community that is involved with vehicular modification. If that ever comes up. I will keep you posted and will hopefully have this figured out sometime next week. EBay should contatc me within the next 48 hours. I am not disbuting it with paypal as of yet because I would be interested in a replacement. In the event that they do not attempt to make reparations.

You could also file a complaint with the state attorney general. That would have a better impact than the BBB which has no policing authority. It would be worth you time to do so.

Spent an hour and a half on the phone to get nothing accomplished.....
Some direct quotes from the owner himself...

I am not walmart, the customer is not always right

When your father signed for it, he screwed you

You can be sued for leaving negative feedback

ME: "I don't want a million dollars, I just want this settled"
HIM: "And I am not getting my attorney to sue you for 1 million dollars"

With your email, you threw the first stone, Gina merely responded

(My email set him off because of this "I am not the only person to leave you negative feedback...")

I have to wait until I have more than 1 hour between classes before I can call the BBB, and plead my case, but he offered me to remove my feedback and He would give me a special discount or something.... but I do not want MORE parts, I want a legitimate part....

Oh, man, not only is that pure BS, but it is a threatening statement and you need to report it to eBay A.S.A.P.

I agree. Making a threat like that that is completely BS can have seriously implications for ebay sellers. If you take this upwards with ebay you might get some results...maybe even get the seller is crap with ebay.
I'm totally in agreeance with you...but the seller does have a point. You guys signed for it, which means it was acceptable to you when it arrived. With that said though they are giving you terrible customer service and are just a terrible company IMO.

Yeah, I don't know the whole story so I can't really speak much on it. It sounds like there was a lot more to it then I just read.
In the end though, its just blatantly unacceptable customer service. If you're going to be a seller on ebay and run a "business" then you need to be willing to work with your customers who ultimately keep you afloat. Obviously it's not the first time this guy has had issues if you're not the only negative feedback. Anyway...best of luck. I hate situations like this, they're always a PITA and end up taking up sooo much time.
