"I have to agree with Kyle though. I don't see you getting serious results out of this. In the end you still signed for the package, which means (legally anyway) that it was acceptable to you at the time of receipt.
I don't agree (as I've said) with their customer service, but honestly I don't know that there is much you can do."

"Well, first of all I'm in agreeance with lorton, I think he knows that. I'm not saying he's wrong and should just sit there and do nothing. I was simply commenting saying in regards to the dented product he received I don't see much being possible in the way of getting a new one or a replacement for free.
The issue still remains (as lorton mentions above me) of Gina and the horrible customer service. I still think that needs to be dealt with. I was simply referring to the original order not being able to be replaced or fixed. It's a matter of "what are they going to do for me now".

Sisk, I don't know if you can see this yet but you and I agree on this whole thread. The only differience is what can be done regarding the lack of customer service. So yes, I knew you agreed with wlorton I just found it suprising that you didn't realize that you also agreed with me.

The time issue is 100% them... They said they invoiced me and can scrape up a fake invoice for all I care, but checking through ebay, paypal, and my email... the invoice never got to me... I look through paypal and the only "request for payment" EVER in my paypal account is them AFTER I called....
The guy tried pinning it on my SPAM filter... whatever...

Gina: wont ever be solved, its the owners wife... She could have called me a *************************************<insert colorful text there)
and she would get away with it within the company... but if I do not receive an email back tomorrow, I am contacting the bbb about the issue, and

Is offering a future discount considered a bribe? because if its an issue to be solved with other action and they are deterring you from those actions?
Yes I would consider it a bribe. But I don't quite understand the rest of what you are asking. You allready had one terrible experience why would you possibly want to set yourself up for another round? Or worse yet enable them to continue the same line of behaviour twoards other possible customers that could possibly result with them being treated the same as you were?
