Wow. Saying you can be sued over negative feedback? Yeah, this company is full of crap. Get on other boards and warn others. Really start to F them over.

 

I changed the name in an earlier post to protect this forum from being found by them... just so its not to easy for googling....

They offered me a discount on future purchases... only item they sell that I would buy is the hood....

 

So is that good enough for you? or are you going to fight some more?

I emailed them back, saying I couldnt accept the discount because they do not offer any more items I would purchase. I did drop in there that if they sold a body lfit or suspension lift I would jump on it. But I am waiting until thursday to debate if the bbb wants to hear. It depends on their email back...

 

i'd fight for the free hood and a discounted lift to make amends with a major rodeo they've put you through

I just hope we hear back from Gina. You've got to admit she has a way with words. What a b**ch!

 

God that sucks. eBay doesn't usually take these situations lightly. So, hopefully, they'll help you get your money back, or a new undented hood.

 

I feel sorry for you buddy. I personally haven't had a bad eBay experience, and with the story hopefully never do.
