Default What were they thinking

I got a call today from my brother looking for "help" to replace his dish washer
He tells me to bring a hack saw because the guys that put the ceramic tile down in the kitchen tiled over adjustable legs
My brother is not exactly mechanically inclined so I needed to see it to believe it ,sure enough half of adjuster foot was covered
I took along my bolt cutters instead of a hack saw
Fortunately after chopping the adjusters off I was able to get the foot out from under the edge of the tile without breaking the tiles
I guess that's the type of job "professional tillers" do

I think it was a cash job done on the side
I would never recommend the guys after finding something like that cash or on the books
They could have easily stopped short and it would have been covered by the kick panel regardless
