I have a 2000 GMC Jimmy 2Door 2WD. I want to lower my Jimmy 2" in the front and back. What is all the parts i need to do this? Will this look ok with factory wheels and tires?

2 inch drop coils and either a 2 inch block or a 2 inch drop leafs.
and my trucks dropped 3/4 on stock rims and im OK with them. i think its just personal preference

Go to summitracing.com they sell complete belltech kits for your truck. Or you can call them and they can piece together kit for you..

i went to summit racing and i couldnt find a complete lowering kit for a 2000 jimmy. i will try to call them tomorow.

looks like it should work. Check Eibach's website for application to be sure. You should also be able to download installation instructions from their website as well (atleast you used to be able to).
