how did you lower it?
coils?
cut coils?
spindle and coil?

spindle and coil would be the best way

a 3 inch drop spring would be soft

cut coils are just a bad idea

did you remove the factory bumpstop? you can start there

My truck doesnt have coils, it has shocks and torsion keys. I got kit from belltech. Rear leafs which lowered back 4 inches. The shop modied the bumpstops and put the nitro drop shox in front and rear both rated for my kit. The wheels keep hitting the wheelwells when i go over sml bumps or dips. This is a problem to me. Would stiffer shox or bigger/smaller bumpstops help. Or am i gona have to crank up the front another inch??

If you're tires are hitting the wheel wells, your bump stops are too short, get new ones and cut them to the proper length (meaning longer then what you have now.)
