Default 01 4.3 was buried for 2 days 3ft deep water

Unhydrolocked the motor and she fired up. Changed motor oil twice on beach. Put in water remover with 20L premium gas. Was running fine until i went thru again next day it wouldnt idle the next day all of a sudden. Had to shift to neutral and use both gas and brake petal at lights. Limped it home 200km stalling all the time.

Whrn downshifting the lights go out on the instrument panel and have to feel around for what gear.
Is it too late to change diffs transfer fuel and tranny fluid?
