1998 blazer misfire
[quote=rad61apache;474375]I have a 1998 blazer with a 4.3 . I did injectors , full tune up, new distrubator, new ignition module and still misfires. Compression is within 10 percent. Someone help! This bothers me badly because it's mostly shift points. I have been working on cars for years, but can't get it figured out!
Welcome, try out the tech help section. Or that search button above zr2dan is talking about.
Try cleaning the MAF. Besides the shifting part, your issue sounds a lot like the one I had. Unplug it, crank it, and see if it runs better first. If it runs better then do this: https://blazerforum.com/forum/tech-a...leaning-40420/
Hope it helps!

So I unplugged the MAF sensor and no change, but thats because it wasn't bad, it was clogged!!!!!!! All the signs where their but I didn't put it togethor. Rich condition, lack of power, misfire, do to running rich. I even lost it, when I unplugged it. I went to Auto Zone to buy a stethoscope, to listen to the rockers. And as ZI walked out I saw the crc cleaner, and said, why the hell not, instant diffrence. Light wwent out, thanks for the forum, and the info. I have owned many wild K%'s but these s10 series are a whole diffrent world than a K5 with 1 tons and a bbc!
