Default 2001 Blazer two-door LS running hot

I recently bought a 2001 Blazer and it seems to be running a little bit hot it's not nearing the end of overheating but it is running around 200°. I don't know if that's normal or not I haven't read the owner's manual but I am a bit concerned about it the hood gets super hot to the touch I'm going to be replacing all my fluids very soon there is a bit of rust in the radiator cap but I plan on changing the radiator system anyways as well as the intake but I want to know if there's anything I should worry about there being rust in the fluid and if that means anything bad for my engine I got it super cheap so I'm not to concerned but I am a bit curious
