Default 2002 Blazer 2wd - Starter Ground Wire Snapped

New to the forum and limited mechanical knowledge. Was having starting issues with my Blazer. Would click but not turn over and start, battery new. I pulled the starter to have it tested and it tested good. However, I noticed the small (ground?) Wire is snapped from the starter. I have no clue what the connector is, where to get it or how to splice it in to the existing wiring. Hoping to receive some help. Please be kind, doing what I can to get my vehicle running so I can have reliable transportation.

Thank you in advance.

The starter is grounded by having the starter body attached to the engine block. Please post a picture of this wire.
