New to this forum, not new to other GM forums by any means. Looking for info on the old S10 blazers and ended up here. Picked up an 89 2 door about a month ago that has been sitting in a garage for 3+ years. I've done spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, front brake calipers/rotors/pads, fuel pump, water pump, heater core (leaking), radiator (leaking), all hoses, thermostat, and now replacing window weatherstripping and window guides as well as driver's regulator. Found an exact 2 door like mine at the junkyard and purchased the doors for parts. Rebuilt the steering column due to loose tilt steering and replaced the steering wheel that was thrashed. The plan is to 3 inch body lift, 2-3 inch suspension lift, 33s, and take it mudding and some light rock crawling. I'll continue to restore things here and there while I enjoy it. Always wanted one of these and found this girl with no rust, and couldn't resist! Also looks cool with my 98 Tahoe 2 door. (I know I was far forward on the trailer. This thing has only 2 places to chain in front of the wheels. Ridiculous!)
