four wheel drive problem

Default four wheel drive problem

hello guys..got a four wheel drive blazer..2000 .4.3 engine. the problem is the 4x4 the lights do what there supposed to do .actuator pulls cable and goes into 4x4 and maintains vaccum. but still to traction to front end..output shafy gone bad..thrust washer bad..???dont know what to do at this point
