Greeting from Pittsburgh
Hello everybody-
I have browsed your forum for quite some time, finally decided to join up. I am 22 years old, recent college graduate, who drives a 2002 Blazer 4x4. Not exactly mine per se..it is technically my moms vehicle. I take care of gas, oil changes, minor things like that. She takes care of major repairs, inspections, tire changes, etc. Love the Blazer to pieces, was running like a dream until about March of this year. Started having to sink ~$600 a month in repairs for it. Lots of issues still, may elaborate on those if anybody is interested, but I am just hoping that it'll get me through the next month or so
(if not, I'll be driving our Hyundai Santa Fe-meh. Or our Dodge Ram 1500-woohoo!) I have some job interviews coming up in January, and the Blazer was going to be my ticket towards a new (or at least, newer) vehicle (most likely a Jeep..sorry!) But anyway. Want to join in on the Blazer love. It is a fantastic vehicle, just starting to show its age a bit I suppose.
Hope you all are having a great Christmas (or a happy festivus, if you prefer
)
