Hello to All. Im Newbie born 1961. S10 Blazer for Life.
Hello. Not sure if S10 discussion is ok here but Im on my 4th. I live in Ottawa, Canada and they salt bomb the city every winter. Does not matter how much you rustproof a vehicle. It starts rusting badly in 5 to 8 years. S10 Blazers are a horrible vehicle. I have owned 4 since the late 80s and loved them. LoL.
I owned an 89 new. Drove it into the ground. 300k miles. Body was shot. Then bought 2nd hand 2002 needed work, served its purpose. Then bought decent 2nd hand 2005 in 2011. Still on road but is rusted all to hell. A few months ago I bought a 2005 in mint condition, 23,200 original miles from British Columbia, Canada, no salt. I love it, and I will be buried in it. see pic. I do not like ZRs and do not like jacked SUV's. Is just me.

PS. You could put a gun to my head and I would refuse to drive a 2023 Blazer. Shame on you GM. I'd rather model die than be reduxed this way. You made a mistake with Trailblazer. You made a mistake again. Ya went effin Broke and had to get bailed out by USA taxpayers !!!

The lift was about $300 in parts and the fuel injection was maybe $200?
I'll be replacing the torsion bars and rear springs as both have sagged and I have lost some of by lift that I hope to get back.
