Man what can I say about my 99 Blazer other than it makes me incredibly frustrated but I still manage to love the old girl anyways. I’ve had it for about a year and I’ve spent more time working on it than driving it but that’s cool cause I like fixing it. So far the most major recent repair was the driver side control arm. The bolts were pulled through the mounting holes on frame because the previous owner did a terrible job fixing it by using the wrong hardware. I recently did the fuel pump which in turn made my fuel gauge work again which was due to the sending unit on the old pump being bad. Did the fuel pressure regulator as well.
But anyway, sorry for rambling. I hope to learn from everyone here as well as sharing some of things that I’ve learned.
Cheers 🍻 Limped her home like this at 4:30 in the morning for about 8 miles. That’s when the control arm failed. All fixed and back on the road.

Thanks y’all. Yeah it was pretty sketchy to say the least. The only damage it did was tear the ABS sensor wire. I’m fortunate nothing too catastrophic happened.
