Kind of, just on the west side of 25 though. Copperhead Road huh? That must be nice and quiet, especially on Thursday nights. lol

It's gotten better. I can hear it when I step outside, but it's never been so loud that I've heard noise from there while inside my apartment. You know, I moved here from NC in November of 2010, and have lived in this apartment complex since... last Friday was the first time I'd ever actually gone to that bar. And I haven't drank like that since I the good old days back in Mississippi when the store owners would sell us Mad Dog 20/20 out of the back because nobody else would buy it. But now I'm taking an unintended trip down memory lane.
Hey, you don't have a transmission jack by any chance, do you? I got a friend with a 87 Silverado, and I think the friction plate in the transmission went **** up on him. We're trying to get that critter dropped probably Sunday (I'll be down in Lamar on Friday and for part of Saturday).

Yeah I don't do the bar thing anymore, it was fun while it lasted, but I'm too old for that now. lol

Sorry man, I do not have a transmission jack. I've always just used a floor jack and some wood. Last year I did a clutch replacement on a 92 Silverado 4x4 that way, it wasn't the easiest thing, but I had no problem doing it that way.

I never was into it. I think the year I spent in Korea was about the only time I was, but even then it was with restraint.
We got a hold of a transmission jack. We're replacing the clutch plate and pressure plate on a 1987 Silverado V10 today, and we're also going to do the wiring on an aftermarket stereo I bought for mine yesterday. I'm tired of using the FM transmitter to play my iPod, so I bought one which has the full iPod controls.

The tranny jack will definitely make your life easier! Which radio did you go with?
