Default New Guy ~ 1987 S10 Blazer 2.8L 4X4

Hey there, bought this truck a few weeks ago from the original owner who's taken good care of it. It's got 180K miles and I paid $2K for it. Basically my plan for it is to use it as a part-time secondary utility/winter vehicle. Not looking to modify it, only to maintain it and preserve it.

ive always been jealous of how clean vehicles are from colorado. my good friend has family out there and hes always bringing vehicles back to chicago from there pretty much rust free. good find, you dont even see these on the road anymore up here i had a 83 back around 98 and it was a mess when i got it

I’m originally from Palatine Illinois and certainly appreciate how well vehicles fare here, almost as good as California. That salt and the brutal midwest winters... man I don’t miss that at all
Thanks a lot tho
