Default New guy with Silverado -87.

Hello everybody.

I just bourght myself a Silverado 4x4 from 1987 with 350/750, 5.7 liter petrol.
This is my first American car, so dont kill me for my lack of knogledge ;-)
It has stood stillthe lasttwo years, but started direct when charged battery was connected.
However! ive got one issue, it seems/feels like it“s not running correct on all eight cylinder.
Some times it feel good, and sometimes not good.
I replaced the sparkplugs and checked for sparks on the plugs.
The sparks seems fine, but the issue is allso mustly when im accelerating, running uphill and in higher speed than 30km/h.
Catalyst is removed.
The car got new gasolintank and pump, and start direct on first or secondturn.
Some times when im holding still, it“s going a little bit up and down in revs.
The exhaust is all new from where the catalyst supposed to be.
There is a little leak between the manifole and the engien.
I“ve just changed the oil and filter today.
Anybody got an idear?
