I have a '01 LT 4dr Blazer. It's my second, my first was a '92 2dr 4x4. Bought my current one for $500 and have been fixing it little by little getting ready for a 5.3L. it's got just about every option besides 4wd (&#128577... Full power and heated front seats, power windows, locks, & mirrors, cruise, fog lights, rear wiper washer, Bose cassette w/ 6 disc changer and steering wheel controls, sunroof, leather, climate control... Almost got everything done- just have PDR, headliner, visors, and hatch glass pistons and it'll be practically mint😎

Welcome and clean Blazer! Nothing wrong with 2wd but I might be a bit biased lol

Jaymzz thanks 🙂. It' be perfect if 4wd... I lift it, but being 2wd I am considering lowering it a bit and doing a 3 link rear along with the 5.3l. I've done sooo much to it in the last 6 months.. I bought it as a beater for $500, drove it for a year then it sat for a year (at my old apartment lol). Showing her some love now though, especially since she cranked on the first try after a year

-oem gm Bose speakers
-high flow cat welded w/ stock flanges
-full ignition replacement all ac delco
-fuel sender
-new secondary air injection check valves
-alternator
-a/c service
-blend door actuator
-driver window motor and door panel repair-front and rear wiper washer lines, pump, and nozzles
-new front clip
-alignment and new tires
-new speaker and dash defrost grilles
-ultra white headlights (not blue lol)

Coming up:
-8" pioneer sub and 400W rms Alpine amp in the OnStar receiver cavity
-Full front suspension rebuild w/ steering gear adjustment
-New injection spider (maybe)
-headliner
-visor recover
-hail dent repair
-maybe new carpet
-sirius/aux inputs to stock HU
-dash lights (radio and HVAC missing a few LED)
-aforementioned 5.3l

Crazy enough, as bad as the fender looks nothing else was damaged.. the front clip was just cracked and rattly, that's why I have a different year grille now..

Welcome to the Blazerforum.

Hit a "can opener"? That's a straight cut in that fender

Built to withstand the severest abuse from milkman, delivery vans and eventual Blazers crossing it's path.
