Yea, not a bad place at all.
As for the hobbits .. well, they're gone but their homes are still there & you can visit anytime you like.
If you ever get to visit give us a call. All Blazer owners welcome! I'll even let you try one with the steering on the right side. What the heck - I'll even allow you to ride it on the other side of the road! LOL
