Question New member trying to figure this out....

I am not sure if I am doing this correctlly but here goes....

I just got a 1995 Blazer w/high miles as a tow/hauling vehicle. I have always liked Blazers and needed something to pull small trailers as well as haul dogs to adoption events, etc.

I will try to figure out where to go to post cause I would REALLY like to find a way to add an aftermarket cruise control to this thing as it is hard to keep a stead speed when used to cruise control!

Anyway, I love my Blazer already altho it needs a lot of 'stuff' done to it for body holes, rust, etc. Got 'new' used tires with a bit of tread on them cause originals were over 10 years old w/dry rot. New brakes, rotors, fuel filter, exhaust, catalytic converter, spare tire, oxy sensor so far. I am in S. Ohio so more rust can be expected for sure.

Glad I found a forum, now have to figure out how to use it and get questions answered!

Thanks!

Kat

Welcome, Kat. I am also from the big O H 10 but live in Florida. Not sure I can help you with your cruise control issues but I'm fairly sure someone here can. This forum has been a Godsend to me in getting my '94 Blazer back on the road and keeping my '89 GMC Gypsy going.

Welcome!!

I'm thinking, now don't quote me, but as long as Cruise Control was an option for the year then you should be able to install one...

I imagine it will be very expensive and probably not worth it.
