Hi, I have a 2000 Blazer (Trailblazer). It’s just a work truck (260,000+miles) but I’ll be looking for some interior and body parts. I’m in IL.

Welcome! Very clean looking 2000 you have there!

You may find it difficult to find good replacements for some of the Trailblazer trim specific pieces (seats, door panels, anything that says "Trailblazer" on it), but there's a lot of panels that are universal across trims such as the dash speaker vents and defrost vent, the radio surround (being that it's a 2000, you'll have to stick with 98-02 as the radio opening changed sizes mid 02), etc.

Junk yards can always be a great source, but for smaller pieces you can often get lucky on eBay and find new old stock pieces.

I went through the same process when I acquired my 04. The interior was trashed and I had to replace nearly everything from the rear seats forward... It was a long process, but it's a good feeling hopping into a 16 year old vehicle that's near mint inside

Welcome!

Ditto on the difficulty of finding interior parts. But I would suggest it is always worth looking at some the regular GM outlets. I was able to find a sill piece for a rear door on my Blazer for under $5.00.

A couple sources for parts and the all-important part numbers is Tasca and GMPartsGiant. The former is from where I've ordered parts as they seem to have more in stock than the other places along with more likely having actual photos of parts that help with identification. But the later has a search engine that allows you to check fitment against your VIN which is nice. For just exploded diagrams and part numbers I also look at this: https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/chevrolet/. This has super useful exploded diagrams and their parts descriptions often include the RPO numbers so that you can get the right part.

My interior is pretty clean. I’m missing the drivers seat side trim. All my power seat and heated seat buttons are just hanging off the seat. I did a heater core 2 years ago and I caught my jacket on the seat trim crawling out on the truck. It shattered the hell out of the seat panel. I’ve have an eye out online and in junkyards all that time but all I’ve come across is a full seat for sale.

What color is the interior if you don't mind my asking? I ran across one of those when I first got mine recently and saw one of those driver seat panels with the heated/power seats complete. I couldn't use it on mine but it came back to me when I read your post.

Its dark gray but any color will do. I’m just tired of all the switches hanging there.

Okay, I will keep an eye out for one. I may go to the junkyard this weekend and see if its still there. I will let you know if I do get it and we can work out the rest afterwards. I'm happy to help anyone who needs parts to keep these Blazers running around.

Found a door panel on eBay, not sure if the color is right though.
