Default Newbie! with a 1990 Chevy Full size

Just wanted to stop by and say Hi, we are new to this forum. My son and I are in the process of buying a 1990 Full Size Blazer with only 65000 orginal miles on it, we go pick it up July 5. I think I am more excited than my son is!!! My son is going to turn 13 this summer and I have been looking for something we can both fix up in the next 3 years! He has already go the colors picked olut! We are planning on putting a 4 inch lift and some 35 inch tires, and repainting it! But I am sure that is not where it will stop, I can't leave anything alone. I have 1 1973 Nova show car and just got done tearing my 2013 JK unlimited down and painting all the pieces underneath to show at the 4 wheel drive jamb in Indy in Sept. which My son and I love to go to and show our jeeps! Where are good places to purchase parts for this year of Blazer? I know the guy said the P/S window motor is out unless its just the switch! and the carpet needs a good cleaning! So I might just pull the carpet and dynomat everything and throw some new carpet in it!!! Any info will be great!
