I just finished up some exhaust work and the next day when I was idling at a red light I noticed that there was a rattle... After getting to my destination I did some investigating and I jiggled my tail pipe and it seems to be hitting the frame. Is there anyway I can put something in between the two or pull it away maybe by prying at it? Any help is appreciated.

if you can weld, you can get a exhaust hanger like this
Exhaust Hanger J Hook Universal w Rubber Grommet 3 8" | eBay
weld the hanger to the frame, then push the pipe away from the frame, and weld the stick portion to the pipe. the rubber will isolate the vibration, and the hanger will strengthen your exhaust. if your welder is hot enough, you can get the stick red hot, then use a wrench on the end and wrap the stick around the pipe a little as you go.
