Default What I Want To Do.. Advice?

Here's my story: I've been driving my 99 Chevy Blazer, 4.3 V6 RWD, that's been handed down to me by my Dad, for about 2 years now and I love it. I've been replacing everything that's going old and sounds right to replace. But now I'm getting into the stage where I want MY Blazer to say It's MY Blazer..

I've never been into visual upgrades, but I've seen some nice custom Blazers out there,
So here's what I want to do:
1st. A simple lift; like the first picture below. Something that adds aggression, but not overkill. My girlfriend has to be able to get into it too.

2nd. Some new rims; I've not always been into rims, but I do like these black one's I saw on a web site; the're about $96 each.

3rd. If 1 and 2 are complete, some bigger than 16'' size wheels would be nice.

4th. A grill guard; I like how they look on the Blazer so I'd like one, preferable one like in the pics that I posted; black w/ 2 extra lights.

5th. A nice mate black paint job; I love black cars and I love how good it looks on the Blazer.

6th. Turbocharger; I've found a few nice one's for a couple G's; I could only imagine how good it'll sound with a turbocharged system. That's something I would do last though.

7th. Last so far, a cold air intake system; like for the turbochargers, I've found some nice affordable one's for roughly $200.

**Please feel free to add some advice or call me an idiot, I love feedback; Thank you for your replies and your time.**

in my opinion i would add a 2" suspension lift and a 2" body lift, you could run 16" rims and some 31's if you'd like. a cold air intake is easy to find you just need to purchase it, as far as the turbo.. thats not really a territory you wont spend a bunch of money on, i can't even think of anybody that has actually turbo'd a 2nd gen

Thank you for your advice; like I said, a turbo would be last if I've done everything else I've wanted to do. The lift sounds good, I'm not an expert on lifting but I'm sure there's some pointers in the build threads? 31's sound nice.

Do you know any places that sell grill guards like the one I'm interested in? And how hard are they to actually install?

I'd be interested to hear from him, I'm a newbie when it comes to visual customization outside of engine mods which I've done plenty of.
