Also, the Photobucket pics aren't coming up.

heads finally done being ported.
you know how the v6 stuff always gets put on the back burner.
getting larger valves and drilling for CPI intake.
Lower intake is getting welded to cover taller Vortec ports.
after all that i can finally put this thing together.
I recently joined the military so I prob wont get to spray it anytime soon but im just ready to drive the damn thing!

Looks really good!

Any idea what a 100 shot would do to a CPI with 250,000 miles? Has good oil pressure and doesn't burn oil...

...At least for now.

I was thinking about a simple dry setup, but I am worried about the high miles on my truck. Any thoughts? Plus I am trying to find a place that can fill a tank.

I probably would not go dry because the single CPI injector will have to add the extra fuel and im not sure if it could handle another 100 hp worth.
Also, you would have to either use the IAT tricker to fool the pcm into thinking it was -200F outside to add more fuel or tune the pcm to add extra fuel when your in the RPM range you want to spray.
That being said, it would always add the extra fuel during the RPM range you programmed it to.
There is a device that adds fuel using the IAT as well but I would not recommend it.
Otherwise you would need a pcm with 2 separate tunes, one for NA and one for N2O like EFI LIVE with COS5.

And as far as 100 extra hp on a 200K engine, man id be wary. Ive taken a few 4.3s apart and the bearings look great but i couldnt say how long it would take it.
I would do a cylinder leakdown test just to see where you stand with the rings but who knows how the bearings look.
Now if you have another engine in the works, i might try it when your ready to swap
