Default Turbo Charger

Check out this Turbo charger kit on eBay. It seems pretty strange to me, and pretty reasonable.... Link 1.

Also look at this "fake turbo charger" on eBay too. Link 2.

I also found this... Link 3.

What are your opinions?

That electric thing is a joke. All it would do is restrict the air intake. Functional electricsuperchargers need a LOT more power than the 2.2 amps it supposedly draws... The cost and the hassle, make any decent electric charges not worth the gains... Which that one has none...

they still require custom fabrication.

ebay intercoolers and BOVs are fine to use.

there wastegates are even okay to use apparently. i have seen 3 500+whp turbo mustangs running ebay wastegates now. and many Daily driven cars running them.

chinas quality control has gone up considerably in the last year. there turbos arent as bad as they used to be. you can buy 4 of the ebay turbos for one turbonetics so they arent that bad. plus the shop that dyno'd my truck had a 480whp civic that was running an ebay turbo.
