If you go into my build thread, I as many others, have installed the rear axle from zr2s. I was lucky enough to get a cast iron front diff aswell... I put new seals on, while installing, 3.72 gear really make the lift and bigger tires better... really enjoy them! You will not be disappointed.

Just to chip in to clarify, while you can swap the wider ZR2 rear axle, the front diff is physically identical (other than the rare iron case from a manual transmission ZR2). The main reason to swap the front diff is if your existing front diff has a different gear ratio from the ZR2 donor. You cannot swap the longer ZR2 CV axles into a normal Blazer to make it wider. They won't fit. The extra front width on the ZR2 comes from frame differences and wider mounting points for the control arms.
