Looking for any tips. Heading for The Maze and Land of Standing Rocks.

 

Once you get to Hans Flat Ranger Station you need excessive clearance AWD or better to get everywhere else. Unless you intend on trekking from the ranger station you should not plan a ride within the Maze with out excessive clearance. AWD is favored however you could in all likelihood make it in a excessive clearance 2WD automobile if conditions are excellent. I used a Hyundai Tucson with eight.Three" of floor clearance and AWD. I had no troubles.

We made it out and back with no problem. Also made it to the Doll House...
