blazer's off-road ability
#52
Mostly, it's the drivers ability, not the vehicle. It'sabout how you drive, not what. Not to say tyres don't play a big part.
I'm not yet an accomplished off-roader by any stretch of the imagination but Ihad a Grand Cherokee ('99) with standardhiway tyres& got stuck in the sand dunes a few times. An experienced off-roader took it & didn't get stuck. My problem was the jeeps 4.8 V8- too much power. Too much gas & you'r diggin deep.

My Blazer doesn't get stuck.
It suffers catastrophies, lol.
River = hydro lock
Mud hole = new clutch.
Btw, still on factory parts, and no suspension noises or wheel bearing issues yet.

Georgesblazer is not exactly stock or even close for that matter. Still one of the nicest blazers out there.
