I had a Warn M12000 for years, but I didn't like how slow it was. I got a killer deal on a used Warn 8274-50 that needed some work, so I rebuilt it, upgraded the motor, and put synthetic line on it, then mounted that on my Blazer and moved the M12000 to my tow rig.
