Default SAS how to?

well, we jacked up the truck tonight to make sure the 4wd worked....well, it does NOT. the front driveshaft does spin, but the tires do not. this is with the entire truck on jacks. you can spin 1 tire and the other not move. also while in drive you can spin both tires backwards. so, since i assume the front diff is SHOT, i guess the SAS will be coming starting saturday. we have a donor truck, a 72(ish) jeep wagoneer. we will be taking the axle out of the front and rear of it. anyone know if these will bolt up easy? we will be getting these for free, so you cant argue with that . also, what about the tranny and t-case? would those swap? anyone know of a "how to" on doing a SAS? the jeep will are getting is on a buddies land and has no motor, he just pulled it to replace the motor in his buggy. he said its free if we can get it on saturday. i know the tranny and t-case that came stock on the blazer will not handle 38's for too long....please help as i have NEVER done anything like this. approx how long should it take? months? weeks? we will work on it a few days a week.....

also, a question to add. with this SAS we will be installing some "large" blocks for some lift. i want to run ladder bars for it. anyone know a good site to buy them from? also, would i look for a set that fits the 91 blazer or a set that fits the 72(?) wagoneer? maybe a universal kit just weld into place?

well first of all you are in for a lot more work than you think! The perches will have to be removed and relocated.Shock mounts will have to be moved.Brake lines adaped (i dought thread patterns are the same). Is the front third member on the same side as your stock drive line oh and you will have to modify your drive lines also.and you will have to adapt your parking brake.
any more questions and just holler
