Took it offroad for the first time today
So today i was at my friends and decided to take it through his mud pit. It turned out to be softer and deeper than we thought lol. I got stuck, and he went to get his ram to pull me out but i eventually made it out. Now my once spotless truck smells like hot mud and the underside is caked. It was fun nonetheless, but any suggestions on cleaning? Thanks
Nice job! I am an avid off-roader and I usually park my blazer over a lawn sprinkler for the el cheapo undercarriage wash just to loosen stuff up. Then I take it to a car wash and power wash the undercarriage, followed up by a brush scrub, then another powerwash and final detail. I would pay particular attention to under the rockers and rear bumper area, along with the wheel well lips as this is where most of the mud tends to accumulate. Hope that helps
