i know the best thing to do sell it and buy a 4wd blazer.

if you would of taken the to the OP's first statement you would of seen that getting a new blazer is not an option, perhaps next time youll take the time to read the entire thread and make a meaningful suggestion.

We have a detroit ez locker in ours (same as powertrax) the only time it screeches around corners is when my hubby is driving like a dummy. I've had no problems at all when I drive it. But then again I don't drive like a maniac like he does! lol

First check your glove box and make sure it doesn't have the G80 RPO code. If it does just get some tires because the G80 will work fine for light wheeling. If it doesn't have the G80 then reserch all lockers before making a decision. Lunch box lockers are cheap and effective, but if you drive on ice you will fishtail LOTS. You can pick up a whole rear end with a G80 and this will also lit you select from various gear ratios that will allow for larger tires if you want. These are just afew of the many options. All I can say is read, read then read some more on all the S10 spacific sites (if you need some links let us know).

a few suggestions...
1. trade it it for a 4wd!
2. drive faster!
3. Just kidding, someone else prolly has a few ideas though!

if u are in sand alot, just lower ur tire pressure, and that helps alot
