2 sided tape

Default 2 sided tape

I just took off the molding from my blazer and I have tried everything to get the tape off but cant. anyone have any ideas.

hmmm...maybe try baby oil? It might release the glue. I know it takes off duct tape and it doesn't hurt the paint.

you can either heat it up with a heat gun and roll it off with your thumb, use an adhesive remover (3m makes some good stuff), or use an eraser wheel. be careful if you use heat or the wheel. too much heat and you can warp the sheetmetal.

when i took the emblems and my graphics off the side i used the stuff from 3m and a heat gun works pretty well
