When I got my 2000 LT, all the door handle mounting brackets broke to bits, so I 3d printed a block which is adhered into place with self tapping screws for additional support.

Have you though about selling these pieces at a price excluding shipping?

I don't have a printer but would be interested in buying these when my handle fail(which they will).....

yes but I already work a bit I would be happy for someone else to do it but it should just be open to anyone that needs it

also locally you may find a service to print it for you OR there are plenty of online services which can

just know you must print 2x pieces and also mirror one

This reply is for you and any others who might find this thread.

As an alternative, and if you have most of your pieces, I learned that you can weld the pieces back together with acetone if the plastic is ABS. Then if you have some scrap pieces, you can reinforce the structure by welding other pieces on.

You can even make a slury out of shavings of ABS and acetone to reinforce joints.

This worked for my repair of my arm rest and door handles.
