I was wondering what what yrs rear quarter plastic(on the inside) would work for a04 4dr blazer.
I know 98-04 will work but will 95-97 work?

 

No the 95-97 models had a shorter rear bumper.

 

I just looked at interior pics of 95-97 Blazers and the rear plastic trim looks the same as my 00. The door panels, console, and dash were different but you should be safe with the rear plastic.

 

I looked at my brothers 95(95_4door) and it looks the same as the 04.

 

Sorry I misread what you were after... I though you were referring to the bumper corners.
Then I can definatlely say yes, the interior panels should fit up the same as long as you have the spare tire on the carrier or under the vehicle.
