Blacked out tails

Personally I'd go with a tint film just to keep the gloss look. But that's me, and it might happen after school, I've always wanted a murdered truck and I have a black one right now... 2+2=4

I added black basecoat to martin senour clearcoat. Then just kept putting coats on till I was happy with how dark they were.

Ahhh you guys are making me wanna pull out my taillights right now and get to work on them! Haha. I want to wait until the Blazer is painted first though before I start doing cosmetic stuff to the outside.

You should colourmatch your lights... I've seen a white truck with white tint on his lights ... actually it looked pretty stooopid

well i'm painting it black so thats a pretty easy color match Haha. I hate the blue color I have right now. Its so faded/rusty and its just really ugly.

What brand are these aftermarket lights?
thanks.
thanks.
Has anyone had any issues with the police after blacking the tails? Around here I've heard a few cases of people getting citations for blacked tails.
I just went with some aftermarket smoked ones, they give a nice effect when they're on.
